How Yara Sofia Fernandes Dias, CEO of بيت دياس Haus of Dias™ 迪亚斯之家, Quietly Brokered a Multinational Space Collaboration between Egypt, India, Brazil & more.

In an era where private-sector collaboration is reshaping the global space economy, strategic connectors are becoming as critical as the engineers themselves. Yara Sofia Fernandes Dias, founder and CEO of Haus of Dias™, is emerging as one of those behind-the-scenes architects.

Fernandes Dias recently facilitated a key international partnership for Mission ShakthiSAT, a global satellite initiative led by Space Kidz India that aims to combine advanced space technology with large-scale STEM education for young women. Through her network spanning space tech, artificial intelligence, and emerging sciences, Fernandes Dias connected Brazil-based SHAMAL SPACE with mission stakeholders—securing its role as an official payload provider representing South America.

The result is a multi-country collaboration involving organizations across Brazil, India, the United States, Australia, and Egypt. The mission, scheduled for a Low Earth Orbit launch in October 2026, will carry experimental payloads designed to test the resilience of commercial off-the-shelf components in space environments.

While the technical scope is significant, the broader ambition is equally notable: Mission ShakthiSAT is set to engage 12,000 girls from 108 countries, offering direct exposure to satellite development and operations—an approach that reflects a growing shift from theoretical STEM education to experiential participation.

Fernandes Dias’ role underscores a less visible but increasingly valuable function in the innovation economy: ecosystem building. By aligning founders, researchers, and institutions across borders, Haus of Dias is positioning itself as a conduit for high-impact collaborations at the intersection of science, technology, and global development.

As space becomes more commercial, more international, and more inclusive, the ability to connect the right players at the right time may prove to be one of the most decisive advantages of all
